Last week, a gaggle of anti-smokeless tobacco lunatics descended on Austin for a conference. I didn’t try to hang out with them, although I did poke a little fun at them on my twitter feed.
Today, I ran across a write up that’s not too horrible on drugfree.org. Even though the author of the article didn’t [...]

You’ve probably heard the news already… The new snus out in Portland, Boise and Pittsburgh is Ettan loose and original portions. Even though they’re calling it snuff, it’s snus. We can assume that Swedish Match wants sale data for using “snuff” instead of “snus.” Also, there’s a possibility of this someday being available at more [...]

Well, looks like it’s time to stock up on snus. The President signed the PACT Act today. As of June 30th or thereabouts, retailers will be required to collect your state taxes, ship with a private carrier, and get that carrier to verify your age on delivery.
Here’s a link to an article about it from [...]

I tried to light snus on fire today. I had my video camera set up and everything for what was going to be an amazing discovery…well kind of.
My hypothesis was that Camel Mellow would burn like an old Christmas tree and General Mini Mint would not burn.
Not exactly a wild guess. Camel snus is so [...]

See that little red cross at the top of your browser? Apparently that little sucker is called a favicon. I’ve seen them before, but I didn’t know what they were called until today when the drsnus.com tech team (wife) came to me and said, “I need to make you a favicon.”
Five minutes later, voila. A [...]

I’ve never really been into pairing anything, food and drink, cigar and drink, snus and food, etc. If I like a drink, I’ll probably like it with whatever I’m eating, same goes for everything else. I’ll do wine with pizza, white or red, I don’t care. But when it gets so specific that it becomes [...]

I’m not exactly sure what a Twibe is, but I’m in one with some other snusers. I do know that it has something to do with Twitter, and people talk about snus there… It’s cool. Join here. Also, if you’re on Twitter, keep an eye on #snus.

In an attempt to improve the seemingly perfect Ettan Dragon, I stopped by the grocery story and picked up some wasabi for my newest creation…
Ettan Green Dragon
On the first pass, I mixed about a tablespoon of Pearl River Bridge Superior Light Soy Sauce with about one inch of S&B wasabi from a tube. It takes [...]
