Interesting info here. Basically, switching to a low-risk nicotine product — like snus — now and using it for the rest of your life is far better for you than quitting smoking in 30 days…

I’ve been following this guy’s blog for quite a while now, and I think you should, too. He’s a professor of medicine at a university (a real doctor), and writes a lot about the benefits of snus.
