I brought the Oomph Merry Christmas snus into the office today to share some Christmas joy.

Wow. All flavored tobacco products look like they are going to be banned in New York City. The list of legal flavors will now only include: tobacco, menthol, mint, and wintergreen. The council is expanding the FDA ban to non-covered products like cigars and smokeless tobacco.
The mayor is expected to sign the bill.
