Two new General snus are set to launch Monday — General Classic Blend and General Nordic Mint — online and in three cities for trials at convenience stores. These two snus will be, for all intents and purposes, the snus you may be able to get at a seven-eleven in the next year or so [...]

There’s a study on Camel Snus going on in Austin, Texas. A while back, I called and told them I used Camel Snus to get some info. I considered going to it, until I got this document. I would have had to save my used Camel Snus portions — and my pee — and given [...]

… was probably last year. There’s not a lot going on this summer, so I’ll even follow up on a new Camel rumor.
Last week, I heard over at snuscentral that Camel Winterchill and Camel Robust were being released any day. On Saturday I stopped by a gas station near my house that carries Camel to [...]

We’ll probably be seeing more and more of this bullshit as we approach June 22. Just a few days ago, we saw it on the Camel Snus ads.
Now its on the Swedish Match product chart.

Now:
That’s a big-ass warning… and we thought that those little warnings were stupid. If the government wants to lie to us, [...]

Review: I’ve never liked any Mocca snus. So keep that in mind as you read this. This one seems to suck less. That’s a start, I guess.
Like all the Moccas, they are minis and the tin’s pretty cool. This sticker around the thing said limited edition, but the can doesn’t. Probably so that if they [...]

Found some cool data. Here is a graph that represents the relative number of searches in the U.S. for the word “snus” over the past few years:
The data shows that Iowa is by far the top state for snus searching.
The top term “snus camel” is about 7 times more common than “swedish snus.”

Apparently Camel Snus Ads are popping up around the country. More and more of these people who find it and like it will find other snus through the Internet. Camel is good for snus because it’s doing some of the educating (albeit it’s an very incomplete education). Now we have to do the rest.

The Wall St. Journal reported that RJR, Lorillard, and other tobacco makers have filed suit to block some provisions of the new federal tobacco law, claiming that the law violates the companies’ first amendment rights.
Especially of interest to us snusers:
“The companies also challenged a rule that restricts their ability to publicize the relative health risks [...]

I tried to light snus on fire today. I had my video camera set up and everything for what was going to be an amazing discovery…well kind of.
My hypothesis was that Camel Mellow would burn like an old Christmas tree and General Mini Mint would not burn.
Not exactly a wild guess. Camel snus is so [...]

American Snus Maker Camel has new snus flavors planned for release quite soon. From RJ Reynold’s 2nd Quarter 2009 report:
“CAMEL Snus was expanded nationally in the first quarter of 2009, and as of June 30, 2009, gained market share of more than 0.3 percent on a cigarette equivalent basis that assumes a can of snus is equal [...]
