More FDA-Mandated Snus Warnings

We’ll probably be seeing more and more of this bullshit as we approach June 22. Just a few days ago, we saw it on the Camel Snus ads.

Now its on the Swedish Match product chart.

That’s a big-ass warning… and we thought that those little warnings were stupid. If the government wants to lie to us, that’s nothing new. But they’re making it aesthetically grotesque. No matter though. The art (craft? art might be a stretch… screw it… art) of tobacco making has nothing to do with the visual arts. Sure tobacco marketing may, but what’s that have to do with an awesome snus?

I used Roda Lacket during its retro new wave phase. Sure I bitched about how ugly it was, just like everyone else, but it was still a rad snus.

So what’s the point? You could put pictures of dismembered body parts all over snus and I still would like it… if it was a good snus.

Anyway, I’ve been rocking my snus in my Onyx Carbon tin lately anyway.
