Clove Cigarettes Illegal Starting Today

Clove cigarettes are illegal starting today, so be sure to remember when you go to your local tobacco shop to ask for “clove cigars” instead, which are still OK, for now. It’s kind of like when you go into a head shop… Never ask for a “bong,” say “tobacco water pipe.”

However, when tobacco water pipes become illegal, you may need to begin asking for, “water pipe sex toy,” or “decorative beer stein.”

Although the clove makers say that there is a difference between clove cigars and clove cigarettes, it would probably take a chemist to tell.

So if snus were ever hit with a ban, could we just call them, “smokeless cigars” or “action figure pillows?”
