According to the Swedish National Institute of Public Health, the number of men using snus fell over the past five years from 22 to 19 percent. Meanwhile, the number of women stayed about even at 3 to 4 percent.

Interestingly, about 5 to 6 times more men than women snus. And, smoking in men dropped by the number of percentage points over the same period of time, from 14 to 11 percent.
